  • Fast Start program included (speed, strength, agility)

  • July 10th at 5:00pm

  • Portion 1 tryout: outdoor field. Location TBD

    Portion 2: GTS indoor facility

  • $0. There is no tryout fee for 10u, however, kids still need to register.

  • Fast start is meant to:

    + Promote good habits

    +Develop a foundation of athletic ability

    +Expose kids to a variety of different movements

    +Decrease risk of injury
